About Parrot Blogger
Parrot Blogger was born out of frustration and a lot of love for birds.
When we brought our parrot home, we searched everywhere for practical, honest guides. We wanted to know how to handle a bird that did not trust us yet, how to keep our toddler safe around it, and how to feed it without accidentally causing harm. What we found online was either too basic, too species-specific, or written by people who clearly had not lived with a parrot.
So we started writing it ourselves. We documented every stage of taming our bird, every feeding mistake we made, every product we bought, and whether it worked. We put it all on this site so other parrot owners, new and experienced, would have the honest resource we never had.
We are not veterinarians or certified avian behaviorists. We are a family that loves parrots and believes that real experience, shared openly, is one of the most valuable things on the internet. We always point you to a qualified avian vet when a question goes beyond our knowledge, and we never pretend to know more than we do.
Our goal is for Parrot Blogger to be the most trustworthy and practical parrot resource online. Every article, review, and update we publish is written with that standard in mind.
